Meet all the friendly creatures of the forest including rabbits, tiger cubs & tree nymphs
Benefit:This meditation is longer and teaches about your connection with the world around you. Learn that you have an inner wisdom and find a way to acces it. Today when you enter the library the weather outside is grey and windy. You can see it through the Long windows that look out into the forest outside. But inside the library is warm and cosy. There’s a lamp on in the corner and a fire in the fireplace. You choose a book called Forest Friends because the forest looks a little like the one outside, but on a sunny day. Getting yourself comfortable you open the cover, say your magic word and a wonderful golden warmth spread through your body, the room and out into the world. The book and all its friendly forest animals come alive. These animals can talk, play and tell you things that you always wanted to know.
